10 week series | This class includes yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you build strength and self awareness. All levels are welcome! Please RSVP. On-site childcare will be available for children ages 0-3.
Training will cover a program overview, effective ways to “mother the mother” through physical and emotional support, baby basics, and volunteer self-care. This training will prepare you to: Assist families in transitioning to this new chapter of family life with a newborn. Encourage family members in welcoming the newborn and adjusting to the new family structure. Support parents through a non-judgmental presence, validating their new challenges. Focus on the mother's needs so she may enjoy well-deserved respite. If you are interested in joining and becoming a new volunteer please inquire HERE. Questions?
