United in Motherhood

Come to be seen, heard, and uplifted in a place of belonging.
There’s never been a better time to practice being in the present moment than on a journey in motherhood. We will begin our group talk with a mindfulness practice and end with a grounding exercise. Children 1 year old or younger are welcome to join.
