Yoga for Relaxation
Take a well-deserved break and join yoga instructor Jami for an 8-week series designed to help mothers relax, recharge, and reconnect. No experience or materials are needed; come as you are and embrace the moment. Babies 6 months old and younger (or not yet crawling) are welcome; however, please note that childcare will not be provided. Wednesdays, 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM October 15, 2025 - December 10, 2025 (There will be no yoga the week of Thanksgiving.) About Jamie: Jami has practiced and studied yoga for 15 years and is trained in vinyasa, sculpt, and yin yoga. Her goal is to offer a safe space for healing, growth, and relaxation for mothers.
